A restaurant which is a specialist in Chinese-Cantonese cuisine. Just walking along the Guangming Road Chubei City, Hsinchu you will see all kinds of restaurants serving many different delicacies such as Japanese, Western Thai's and Chinese style. We went here simply because we were hungry and it was near to where we were standing right now :XD! The Mapo tofu it was awesome never had a Mapo tofu like this in other restaurants , mega deliciously! I am drooling just remembering it. Chicken paws it was lovely, it taste better than the chicken paws of Sweet Dynasty. Nice place with nice dim sum, but the dessert are just fair only. Though it's not as good as any other Chinese-Cantonese restaurants. But the rest of the food, whilst acceptable.

Phoenix's paws or steamed chicken paws. Under the wrinkled skin, there is tasty meat with rich juice. The meat the skin are separated so it's easy to eat. One of my favorite Cantonese delicacies. 
Traditional cold steamed chicken, but we didn't like its quite not so fresh enough for us and comparing to the other restaurant, specially this dish is one of my favorite ever since.
Turnip cake very delicious, which is actually made of Chinese radish and rice flour, not turnip.
Mapo Tofu is a popular Chinese dish from the Sichuan province. It is a combination of tofu (bean curd) set in a spicy chili- and bean-based sauce, typically a thin, oily, and bright red suspension, and often topped with minced meat, usually pork.
Roast pork belly
Deep fried pork large intestines with leek stuff. The top skin was so crunchy, delicious crispy with the tasty and juicy flesh inside.
Coconut pudding serve with dry shredded coconut coating

Malakas si ikaw kumain saan ka ba sa Hsinchu mapuntahan ka nga at makikisalo sayo sa kainan? joke lang po. Parang nakain na kami dito ng shift namin pag lunar year party. Sa may carrefour ba to kabayan?
