Chun Shui Tang Cultural Tea House

The Chun Shui Tang Cultural Tea House Hsinchu branch brings an contemporary Chinese tradition. The tearoom offers different types of loose tea leaves, including green, oolong tea, different types of bubble teas and other types of cold drinks. There's a light menu available featuring noodles and rice dishes, steamed cake and snacks.

Looking around, I noticed the Buddha painted in black, brown, yellow-gold colours underneath with Chinese cabinet and a touched of display of their tea dried products.

Steamed brown sugar cake, it tastes a lot nicer because of the aroma of the brown sugar. The texture is somewhat like firm the refinement of rice it turned out good.

Red bean with mochi cake or baked bao and similar with moon cake are made of pastry dough to that sweet filling. The mochi mixture and the red bean paste is much thicker. It is really good too!

Deep fried cuttle balls serve with satay sauce, this will be a surprise treat of appetizer or snack.

The good thing I like in Chun Shui Tang is the tea beverage especially their hot pearl milk tea. It was the perfect drinking temperature, with hints of topiaca pearls (there are actually soft!) Very enjoyable.

Healthy cereal milk tea or hot milk tea with cereal, a mild-tasting milk topped with a mound that looks like dust but tastes somewhat of ground rice or oats. If you like to eat cereal you might like this drink.

Chocolate and black tea latte, it's just iced black tea with some cocoa. Thou it was pretty good for being a bit sweet.

Matcha milk tea with honey red bean and cookies. A thick flourish of sweet red bean paste and generously with amount of green tea cookies. The bottom is dark green and pleasingly balanced of matcha green tea, this drink could almost qualify as a meal and it makes my daughter smile. Ok! some foods it wasn't great the tea it was wonderful it's a place that we would like to visit again and again for drinking tea since they starts at Windance and moved to Chupei City Hsinchu. Definitely worth a visit, great chill ambiance.

Ten Ren Cha For Tea

After our steak visit and not to mentioned that had no new menu to the Tasty. And re visited Cha For Tea last saturday, the menu was wide and varied and had flavor. Cha For Tea House is one of the finer establishments for tea lovers in Taiwan. We’ve eaten here a few times now, and have usually spent more than we intended because of their tea's and some of their best meals.

We arrived to an over crowded restaurant, and had a seat at one of the tables. But we used to choose the outdoor table everytime we come to this place for afternoon and its perfect for afternoon snack especially under rainy  conditions. It is not the elegant garden but they maintain the clean environment.

Green tea waffle with matcha icre cream and red beans. If you want to try their waffles you should have to make a reservation before you arrive . And you would not probably wanted to wait for hours during fully order.

Green tea shrimp shu mai, much less oily than other versions, just like I mentioned on my first introduction.

Sweet ssmanthus fish dumpling is pretty good too!

Excellent and attentive staff, we're coming back in a few days. I recommend to try their milk tea or taro green milk tea plus the tea flavor dumplings and waffles.

Original Coffee

I still have a hang over from yesterday night.  Maybe, we drink the coffee late evening after our dinner in  Jiang's Family Japanese Restaurant. We couldn't resist not too try this coffee shop.

It's a new independent coffee shop in a nice neighborhood . Just open a few days ago, the environment was great in european decor.

But maybe a small place with only a few seats, but it serves up excellent fresh ground coffee for very reasonable prices and some are expensive.

 

By far the best and freshest roasted coffee in Hsinchu! I was so glad that it stand near on our area. I had been looking for a place to sip a cup of ground and  fresh beans for sometime when im not at home and finally found one. They have some type of the best beans from around the world.

 

I had a cup Kilimanjaro Tanzania it's very simple, but it really brings out the awesome flavor of the coffee beans.

Best place for a great coffee drink around Kuangfu Road area. If your are college student and coffee addicts this is a right place to sip a cup of coffee without too much milk and less fat. They pull real shots and make a great cup of coffee.

O' Sweet

O' SWEET a great dessert with a small restaurant and coffee shop with trendy style. We try O' Sweet Tiramisu caketail, Kyoto snow white-flavored in green tea sauce, cake,red beans, milk cream. Hawaiian Fall in Love a combination of pineapple and strawberry chunks, custard, vanilla chiffon cake, whipped cream and berry sauce. One of the cafe’s most popular desserts is the First Kiss of Fresh Strawberry, strawberry sauce drizzled over the fresh whipped cream, the combination of kiwi and strawberry slices, vanilla chiffon cake and the light berry flavored jelly, at the bottom of the caketails then it made into an art of dessert. It was also yummy and beautifully presented. I order the vanilla mousse cake for the second round, It was delicious.
