Saveurs

Yesterday lunch: This is our second time to this restaurant, a French restaurant can be said, acceptable. The price not too expensive but brings a delicious french cuisine from a French chef and originated from Bordeaux France. It can be said to be scared of getting to the French restaurant, after all, the impression of French cuisine is so expensive.
Saveurs facade is also not changed, and a familiar feeling. Coincidentally is the same as with the table and position on our first visit. Saveurs decor is very simple, a bit small and a few tables and chairs, but also people felt at home "homey" a warm and comfortable feeling.
*Starter*
French baguette serve with butter and olive tartar
Pumpkin soup, I'm not sure about this soup, because there is no pumpkin flavor there are no unpleasant taste of carrot. It taste there's nothing so special but for the price just like that, what more you can asked for.
*Appetizer*
Quiche it was served hot!
Salmon pudding, was very tasty as was the quiche!
A double extra order of pan seared goose liver on plate were serve with carmelized apple and salty-sweet taste of sauce. The price is around NT$400 per sliced included the service charge. This appetizer is not include on the lunch set menu for NT$400 plus service charge. This is the reason why we still want to come back here because of the  foie gras. And this foie gras for us, is better than the pure made terrine foie gras of Le Bistro de L'Olivier in Taipei and Le Jardin de Giverny in Taichung. But Saveurs foie gras is quite fresh and unique smell that kind of indescribable satisfaction.  And fried ripe apples of the dissemination of seductive fruit and taste marvelous.
*Entrees*
Duck breast with sweet fruit taste and balsamic vinegar sauce (I guess) excellent and simple as well
Lamb shank had tender fall off the bone meat which you'd expect and had enough flavour serve with delicious potato tower as what is the same with the other main meals.

Pan fried seabass it can be satisfied
Beef steak in gravy sauce is fine.
*Finale*
A notable dessert was the chocolate moelleux outflows in vanilla sauce it was sweet and quite simply but deliciously devine.
Puddings are also extremely good here
I had a peach tart for dessert, not spectacular, but still very good.
Coffee or tea for everyone. Everything seemed to be in order and we were actually able to enjoy food here except for the soup. The service was good, the food was good and the prices weren't bad. This is a great place for business lunches, anyhow it was a pleasant experience for us  overall.
